Lots of activities for the kids (and kids-at-heart): basketball court, playground, sandbox, water-squirters and balloons, relay games with candy prizes, and a walking trail to work off that picnic lunch! Please bring a friend.
VLFC Members: Please click here to review the final Picnic Sign-Up list to see what you signed up for. Please bring the items you signed up for by 12 noon, especially people bringing ice & coolers. If you signed up to bring meat: It should be thawed and ready for grilling at 11 am or pre-cooked and ready for warming pans by 12 noon.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SATURDAY MAY 20:
- Transport Team meet at 9 am at Church: Deacon Kellen, Bro. Kevin, Bro. Mark, Bro. Tyrik
- Decorations/Set-up Team meet at 9 am at Church
- Cooking Team meet at 10:30 am at the Park to set up station/grills. They will start cooking at 11 am.
